Request for Statement of Qualifications - Employee Benefits Consulting Services

Central Weber Sewer Improvement District (CWSID) is requesting Statement of Qualifications from interested parties to provide employee benefits consulting services to assist CWSID in the management of its employee health and welfare benefits programs.  Parties interested in submitting a statement of qualifications should review the attached document and respond accordingly.

Responses are due no later than 1:00 PM Mountain Time on Monday, December 8, 2025.
