Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. § 17B-1-417 that the Central Weber Sewer Improvement District (Central Weber) Board of Trustees has adopted a Resolution indicating its intent to adjust Central Weber’s common boundary with the North Davis Sewer District (North Davis).  Central Weber and North Davis, both of which are special districts, provide wholesale wastewater treatment services to Roy City, Utah, in addition to other areas.   The common boundary between the districts within Roy City defines which areas within the City are to be served by each district.  Wastewater from the area described below (“the “Affected Area”) was previously conveyed to Central Weber for treatment.  However, Roy City, the retail service provider, has modified its sewage collection system to convey this wastewater to North Davis.  Consequentially, the Central Weber Board has declared its intent to adjust the common boundary, to remove this area from Central Weber and include it in North Davis.
