Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. §§ 63G-6a-802(3) and 63G-6a-112, notice is hereby given that the Central Weber Sewer Improvement District will make a sole source procurement of diffusers, pipes, and other replacement parts fo aeration basins from Sanitaire.  The cost will not exceed $100,000.
